Frequently asked questions.

How long will my order take?

Ready to ship and one of a kind pieces will ship out in 3-5 business days, and made to order pieces will take 5-10 business days. Once your order has been sent (within the UK) it will take between 2-5 days depending on the shipping option you have chosen. For international orders please allow 14 day for your order to arrive once shipped. Please allow this time for shipping before getting in touch about an order not arriving.

Can you make me a piece of jewellery out of my own sea glass or gemstones?

Absolutely! We love working with our customers own sentimental gemstones, glass and pottery. Prices for custom pieces start from £50 for necklaces. Please get in touch via our contact page if you wish to discuss custom pieces in more detail.

I’ve been charged import fees, is this normal?

Unfortunately when ordering from a country other than the UK you may be charged customs and import fees and these are your responsibility to pay. Please do look into import fees before ordering if you are unsure of if this will effect you.

Is your sea glass and pottery genuine?

Every piece of sea glass and water pottery has been hand picked from beaches and rivers across the UK. Some pottery pieces are called ‘Vintage Pottery’ which is pottery from plates I have rescued from being thrown away and broken up to create pieces out of.

Can I return an item?

You can return any orders to us if you have changed your mind within 14 days as long as it is in it’s original condition. This excludes earrings due to hygene reasons and custom made/made to order as we get to work as soon as the order comes in. If you are unsure if the piece you are ordering falls under this category do not hesitate to get in touch!

What happens if my jewellery piece breaks?

If your piece has broken please get in touch with us. If we determine that it has broken due to a fault on our end we offer free repairs. However if it is obvious it has been broken due to mishandling of the piece, we will unfortunately not be able to repair it for free and additional fees will apply if you choose to repair it with us.
